What I Care About?
Over the years I've been in setups where I did some of my best work, and others where, looking back, I could have added a lot more. The difference usually came down to the environment, not the effort. So I've tried to be honest with myself about where I actually thrive, and I'd rather share that openly than figure it out six months into a role. It saves everyone's time, mine, the founder's, the team's, and it means that when there's a fit, I can hit the ground running and genuinely add value.
The work I care about most is GTM and partnerships, figuring out how a product reaches people and who it grows with. That's the thread through everything I've done, and it's where I add the most. I do that work best in places that care about culture and intent as much as the numbers.

Autonomy. I do my best work where there's trust and a bit of room to run. Give me the goal and the why, and let me figure out the how. It inspires me to give my all.
